The idea for FAT LEG 65 comes from a 65 mm thick oak board that warps. Since it cannot be clamped on the lathe, a 120 mm radius is milled by hand from the centre of the board, leveled and sanded. Radii determine all table elements. The table top, its edge and the 3 rounded table legs turned on the lathe.
